Hunter gets a surprise visit from his daughter, Chloe , whom he never knew he had and has to come to grips of becoming an "instant father". Norris shows off his art at a local gallery, only to have one interested buyer. Ford has moved in with his high school pals, Hunter and Norris, after the divorce from his wife, Suzanne, after telling her that he is "gay". Suzanne is still bitter over Ford's "coming out" during their marriage and drinks in excess to calm her bitter nerves. Chloe comes to visit her dad during her break to check out N.Y.U., only to find the truth that Hunter never knew about her. Ford and Suzanne try to figure out where their relationship stands, while Hunter and Chloe try to figure out how to be father and daughter.
